A personalised healthcare plan - summarising all my recommendations discussed in each consultation. The plan includes dietary, lifestyle, testing and supplement recommendations, providing clear and actionable goals between sessions to acheive your health goals.

Support is a mentoring service for newly qualified nutritional therapy practitioners who require guidance and support with their clients and business practices.
This service is flexible to meet the needs of each practitioner. With no set structure we can use the time to focus on the area of support of your choosing.

A 1 hour 1:1 consultations for us to discuss any aspect of your client case.
Review and interpretation of test results

All packages include my additional professional time outside of the consultation, where I research your case and interpret test results, allowing me to investigate your health story and apply the relevant medical literature to my recommendations.
Laboratory tests and nutritional supplements are additional to the package cost.
